AMPLIFYING PARTNER STORIES

At the Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger, we believe in the power of personal and organizational stories to spotlight injustices, shift narratives, inspire action, and drive meaningful change in our communities.

Our movement is led by the people who grow, produce, distribute, and eat food. We’re shifting power to Colorado communities so they can shape how their food is grown, distributed, and consumed.

Here are a few ways that we support storytelling and amplify the stories of network members across the state:

Storyteller’s Corner

Since sharing and listening with compassion and empathy builds stronger connections and fosters a sense of community, the Blueprint is launching the Storyteller’s Corner on Thursday, February 27. On the fourth Thursday of each month, those with living and lived experiences of hunger can join us virtually to share, listen, learn, and refine their stories.

Community Spotlights

Partners across Colorado are working to increase local food access, alleviate hunger, advance food justice, and foster resilient food systems in their communities. We share their stories via our website, newsletters, and social media to elevate their efforts and hopefully inspire others to consider different approaches, challenge systems of oppression, and advocate for change.
